Do you charge a call-out fee?
Yes, our call-out is R450. Once we have found the problem, we tell you what the repair will cost before we do it.
How quickly can you get to me?
In most cases the same day. We work Monday to Friday 07:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 08:00 to 13:00. After hours, phone and ask, sometimes we can still come out.
Can you issue a Certificate of Compliance?
Yes. We inspect and test the installation, quote on anything that does not meet SANS 10142, and issue the COC once it complies.
Do you do electric fences, cameras or alarms?
No. We stick to electrical installations, maintenance, fault finding and compliance. For fences, cameras and alarms you'll want a security installer.
